- Carré de Lamb400 g
- Sauteed Cabbage2 tablespoon
- Quinoa Salad with Mango (recipe on my profile 😉)2 tablespoon
- Coarse salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground pink pepper to taste
- crushed rosemary to taste
- Place the rack of lamb in a bowl and season with coarse salt, crushed rosemary, ground black and rose pepper.
- Roast on the grill until it's medium or well done if you prefer 😉
- Serve with braised cabbage and quinoa salad with mango or as you prefer 😉
