- Wheat for kibbeh150 g
- Chilled lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Hot water2 cup
- Ice water1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Syrian pepper to taste
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Mint to taste
- Hydrate the wheat with hot water for approximately 1 hour.
- Squeeze the wheat well with your hands to remove excess water.
- Pass the wheat quickly in the food processor.
- Take the wheat to a bowl. Add the meat, salt, Syrian pepper, cinnamon, lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the ice water little by little when necessary to make the dough very soft.
- Arrange on a plate and decorate with mint leaves.
- Serve with pita bread
