- I started by cutting the chicken and washed it then cut the seasonings
- Season the tomato sauce and paprika with salt, pepper and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- I put the rest of the seasoning and after about 3 minutes of rest I put the pepper onion,
- In a pressure cooker I put it on the fire with oil let it heat up after hot I put a little onion to sauté and the garlic
- Sauteed onion and garlic add the chicken and stir to brown just there in the sauteed onion and garlic
- Add 200 ml of water and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- after boiling for 5 minutes with only the seasoning broth add as much water as you can to cook and put it under pressure
- This chicken of mine was about 15 minutes in the cooking, I took it out and let it boil only without the pressure to determine the broth.
- Leave it for 5 minutes without the pressure to determine the broth and it's ready only if you serve
