- Tomato500 g
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Cook the whole meat with water and salt.
- Once cooked and cooled, slice very thinly and intersperse with the sauce made with the rest of the ingredients.
- Between the layers put parsley and chives. Put in the fridge for 24 hours. Eat chilled with French bread or to taste.
