- Place the tin meat in a refractory, add 1 garlic, the eggplant, half an onion, green smell, 2 peppers and the tomato, add the eggs and the flour of the bald bread (put the bread inside the blender and beat until it forms a flour and use); mix everything and set aside. If necessary, add soy sauce to the mixture to adjust the saltiness. Place the tomato sauce and remaining seasonings in a large pan and as soon as it boils, make balls of the meatball dough and place it inside the tomato sauce until the meatball is hard.
