- Season the rib with garlic, salt and pepper. Reserve
- Bring the bacon and onion to golden. Add the rib and brown. Add the pepperoni sausage, pepper, tomato and water. Cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes after it starts to sizzle.
- Turn off the heat and wait for the pressure to release. Open the lid, add the rice and carrots and cook for 20 minutes.
