- Chili Pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Vinegar2 tablespoon
- Salt8 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato2 unit(s)
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Hot water150 ml
- Season the rib with - salt, pepper, chimichurri and vinegar.
- Heat the pressure cooker add the oil the onion the tomato the seasoned meat - put the water and close the pan.
- Let it cook over low heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Open the pan, the meat should already be soft but with a lot of broth and without browning - so turn the fire very low again and with the pan open let the broth reduce and the meat brown.
- Serve next accompanied by a soft polenta.
