- Beef rib seasoned to taste1 kg
- Sliced Calabrian Sausage2 unit(s)
- Diced large onion2 unit(s)
- Squeezed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Bahian seasoning1 teaspoon
- Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Place some onion rings in the bottom of the pressure cooker and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the seasoned rib with the bone side down, then the onion, the pepperoni sausage and the rib (always with the bone side down)
- Repeat this process until finished, cover the pan and lead to high fire.
- When you start to get pressure, put the fire down and let it cook for about 40 minutes.
