- Coarse Salt to taste
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the onions into rounds.
- In the pressure cooker, add a drizzle of olive oil, then accommodate half of the onions, making a bed for the ribs.
- Add half of the ribs, bone side down, then sprinkle salt and black pepper on top. Repeat this process until the pan is full.
- TIP: if you prefer, you can also add other seasonings. Cover the pressure cooker and place over low heat. Note: do not add water, as the rib itself and the onion will loosen.
- After getting pressure, let the meat cook for 40 minutes, still on low heat.
- After 40 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure come out on its own.
- Now just serve this wonder.
