- Knoor broth, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
- Garlic and chopped onion1 to taste
- Chopped Cassava300 g
- Water1 l
- Salt1 tablespoon
- I put the garlic and onion to fry in the pan with a drop of oil.
- I let it fry a little and then put the chopped rib. And let it fry. Put the seasonings, such as black pepper, oregano and salt, meat broth.
- Mix well and add water. As soon as the pressure cooker starts to sizzle count 30 minutes.
- Then I opened the pan and put the chopped cassava. I took it under pressure for another 10 minutes and then I turned off the fire and serve.
