- Vinegar to taste
- In a pressure cooker put the oil, salt, vinegar and the rib
- Then add the garlic and onion and let it cool.
- After refogado, add tomato, pepper, extract and coloring, add 400 ml of water and close the pan.
- Count 15 minutes after you get pressure and hang up
