- Oil (for polenta)4 dessert spoon
- Beef broth2 unit(s)
- Rib1 kg
- Chopped small onion and more seasonings of your choice1 unit(s)
- Cooked Corn Meal 1. Boil in a pressure cooker 1 liter of water with the oil and the bouillon cubes 2. When it boils, add the cornmeal diluted in 1 cup of cold water 3. Stir well until dissolved, close the pan and cook for 20 minutes 4. Remove the pressure from the pot and transfer the polenta to a platter
- Rib 6. In a pressure cooker, place the seasoned ribs, the chopped onion and a little water, until the meat is covered 7. Cook for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender 8. Serve the rib along with the polenta 9. Serve hot
