- Leave the sliced ribs to marinate in the juice of an orange for an hour.
- After marinating, place the ribs in the pressure cooker and seal the ribs. Remove from the pan, place half the onions and sauté a little. Add the garlic and sauté. Place the ribs, place the onions, bay leaf, salt, pepper, soy sauce and black beer on top. Close the pan and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat, let it cool. Open the pan and see if the ribs are already tender and dark. If it's still a little hard, put it on pressure for about 5 minutes. After opening, let the sauce reduce a little.. To check the flavor, we can put chopped green smell, oregano.. It goes great with mashed potatoes or quirerinha.
