- Pork ribs1 kg
- Garlic Clove20 unit(s)
- Potato500 g
- Cognac50 ml
- Salt, Black Pepper, Chimichurri and Green Smell to taste
- Barbecue sauce300 ml
- First season the ribs with 3 cloves of garlic, salt, black pepper, Chimichurri and brandy and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into four parts and put them in a pan with water and salt to cook. Leave it al dente.
- Place to bake the cutlet with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Then put the potatoes and the rest of the garlic and pass a thread of olive oil and take it to bake until golden.
- After roasting, rub the barbecue all over the ribs, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
