- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Water1/2 cup
- Clean the cutlet piece and place it on a platter. Season with lemon, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, rosemary and crushed garlic. Spread well on the rib and let the seasoning take hold for about 3 hours. If you can leave it longer, the better.
- Transfer to a mold, crush 2 unpeeled garlic cloves and place around the ribs. Put rosemary sprigs and water with olive oil.
- Add the water and cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200° for 1h30m. Remove the paper and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Tip: serve with Barbecue sauce! There's a recipe here on my profile.
