- Pork ribs1 kg
- Lemon2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Preparation mode: Crush 3 cloves of garlic and squeeze the juice from 2 lemons
- In a bowl, combine lemon juice, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add salt, pepper and oregano to the meat.
- Transfer the piece of meat to the bowl where the mixture you made is, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- After marinating, take an aluminum mold, cover with aluminum foil and brush with olive oil or oil. Then put the meat and throw some or all of the broth in which it was marinating. Cover the piece with aluminum foil.
- In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake for approximately 1 hour.
- Remove the aluminum foil from the meat, if it's roasted, throw the green smell and leave it for another 30 minutes until it's golden. After that, just taste!
