- Pork ribs1300 g
- Parrilla salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sweet paprika powder1 dessert spoon
- Garlic Powder1 dessert spoon
- BBQ sauce of your choice, I used Dona Generosa to taste
- Apple Juice50 ml
- Clean the excess fat and remove the film that is on the side of the bones.
- Mix the salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic powder and season both sides of the rib if possible a day in advance.
- Place the Ribs on the highest floor of the grill with the bones down for 3 hours, remembering to sprinkle the apple juice every hour to keep the meat hydrated and not burn.
- After 3 hours, wrap the ribs with a little of the barbecue sauce and leave for approximately 3 hours with the meat side down.
- After the last 3 hours, brush bbq sauce all over the ribs. You can serve immediately or leave the ribs close to the coals just to brown the sauce, don't neglect because the sauce can burn very quickly, it takes more than 2 minutes to brown.
