- let's season our rib with salt, saffron garlic, mixed seasoning, let it rest
- on the stove in a pressure cooker put the oil and the onion with the sugar let the onion brown put our rib already seasoned and mix it cover the pan without adding water let it get pressure and lower the heat and let it cook for 40 minutes
- once cooked, add the peppers and the pepperoni and the potatoes with 500 ml of water, cover the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes
- remove the pressure, uncover the pan, leave it cooking uncovered, add our watercress and onion, mix everything and let it cook for another 5 minutes, add the green smell and turn off the heat.
- our recipe is ready now and just eat it accompanied by white rice if you like it and you can add a little pepper it’s very good ummmmmmmmmm
