Ribs with Guava Sauce

- Recipe
- Pork Ribs (choose pieces that don't have a lot of fat)1 kg
- Ketchup2 tablespoon
- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Marinate the rib with the following mixture, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt and lemon. Leave in the fridge for approximately 6 hours (the longer it stays in the fridge the better).
- When baking, cover the shape with aluminum foil and place the rib and take it to the oven at 180° degrees.
- Roast the ribs for 2 hours, turning them halfway through and brushing them a little more with the sauce so it doesn't get dry.
- After this 2 h time, remove the aluminum foil, brush your hands with a little sauce, increase the oven a little more and let it get very golden on both sides (about 30 minutes on each side).
