- Gaúcha ribs1 kg
- Okra400 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Chimichurri, Spicy Paprika, Salt and Olive Oil to taste
- Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Hot Water300 ml
- In a bowl, place the pieces of the Gaúcha rib and season with vinegar, paprika and salt. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In the pressure cooker put the diced onion, the crushed garlic and let it brown. Then put the rib to gold too.
- When the meat is well browned, add the Chimichurri and mix a little more. Add hot water. And close the lid and let it get pressure for 35 minutes. If the meat is not soft, you can leave it a little longer.
- Check if you need more salt and add the okra, close the lid of the pan and let it cook for 15 minutes. I turned off the fire and it can serve.
