  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Control to taste
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Watercress2 unit(s)
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • Tomato Extract1 cup
  • Water even covered the rib to taste
  1. Season the rib with salt, black pepper and garlic, set aside for at least 30 minutes to get flavor.
  2. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and brown the onion, then add the ribs.
  3. Sauté until the rib is very brown, add the tomato extract and cover with water and put it to cook under pressure for 30 min.
  4. When the rib is tender, add the potato and watercress and cook until the potato is cooked, then sprinkle with cilantro.
