- Cut and clean the rib and leave it separate in a container. Then take the meat board and cut the seasonings, tomato, onion, peppers and green seasoning and leave it there. In the pressure cooker, press the garlic and kynnor then add the salt, basil and the oil then turn on the fire and let the garlic sauté, as soon as it is golden add the rib gradually.
- With the wooden spoon, mix the meat so that it is also colored. As soon as the meat is golden add all the seasoning already poor in the pan, mix well with the meat so that it gets the taste, add the tomato paste and stir then add water until it covers all the meat, let it boil, Cover the pan and leave for 30 minutes under pressure.
- Meanwhile, wash the watercress, cut the potatoes into cubes, as soon as the 30 min is over, turn off the fire, wait for the pressure to come out, open the pan and add the watercress and potatoes, turn the fire on again, cover and leave for another 5 min.
