- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste

- Coriander to taste
- Season the rib with salt, black pepper, garlic and bay leaf.
- In a pan, put olive oil, onion until golden, then throw the rib and let it sauté, add water and water gradually.
- When it is well golden, add water until it covers, cover the pan and let it cook, when it is fully cooked throw the cut potatoes, peppers, tomato, tomato sauce, add a little more water and let it cook until the potatoes are cooked
- Then add the coriander and watercress, and cook for a few more minutes until the watercress wilts.
