Pork ribs1 kg
Salt1 dessert spoon
Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
Chili Pepper to taste
Bahian seasoning to taste
Lemon1 unit(s)
Oil2 tablespoon
Pork shank sausage250 g
Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Paprika1 teaspoon
Raw rice2 cup
Hot water3/5 cup
Salt to taste
Chopped green parsley to taste

Season the ribs with salt, crushed garlic, pepperoni, Bahian seasoning, lemon juice, mix well and let it marinate.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat (about 15 min) until golden
Add the sausage and let it brown well, then add the garlic, onion, paprika and mix
Then add the rice and mix well.
Put the water, salt, mix, cover the pan, reduce the heat, let it cook until the water dries up and the rice is well cooked and creamy.
Finish with chopped green smell
