- Pork ribs1 kg
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Pork shank sausage250 g
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Paprika1 teaspoon
- Raw rice2 cup
- Hot water3/5 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chopped green parsley to taste
- Season the ribs with salt, crushed garlic, pepperoni, Bahian seasoning, lemon juice, mix well and let it marinate.
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the meat (about 15 min) until golden
- Add the sausage and let it brown well, then add the garlic, onion, paprika and mix
- Then add the rice and mix well.
- Put the water, salt, mix, cover the pan, reduce the heat, let it cook until the water dries up and the rice is well cooked and creamy.
- Finish with chopped green smell
