- Water to taste
- Season the meat with salt, garlic, seasoning and black pepper and make a hole in the middle of it. Spread the seasoning all over the meat.
- Stuff with the sausage.
- In the pressure cooker, heat the oil and add the sugar, when the sugar is very dark, put the cane and sauté well.
- Then put water to cover the meat, cover the pan and leave it under pressure for about 45 minutes.
- Once ready, transfer to a container and cut as you prefer.
