- Paprika to taste
- Take a 1-1.5 kg piece of lizard and coat it with all the seasonings on all sides.
- Place on a baking tray and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Turn the piece over and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for at least half an hour.
- Make very thin slices with a very sharp knife or use a slicer.
- Serve as you prefer or make a sandwich.
- The time in the refrigerator helps the meat absorb the seasoning, meaning there is no need to salt it when slicing.
