- Order 1 kg of the beef loin and ask to fill it with the pepperoni, if you can make it at home, pierce the meat and put the pepperoni, season with all the seasonings, and let it marinate for a maximum of 1 hour.
- In a large pan that you can turn the meat, put oil or olive oil, brown the onion and dps the garlic, tip for faster browning, throw a shallow spoon of sugar, then throw the meat and let it fry and turn the meat little by little.
- In a pressure cooker, throw a little oil and more onion, as soon as the meat is golden take the pressure cooker along with the other seasonings, add water and leave for 30 to 45 min under pressure.
- Once ready, add Worcestershire sauce, parsley or cilantro.
- Mashed Potatoes: Cook the potato with skin and salt properly washed and leave it not too hard to be able to punch it. After cold, make the punches and place in a roast, throw the oil, rosemary, basil and finally the grated mozzarella, take it to the oven for 30 minutes.
- Cut the meat into slices, assemble your plate with the potatoes and white rice.
