- Bacon400 g
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Meat tablet1 unit(s)
- Water6 cup
- Potato3 unit(s)
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Bay Leaf Black Pepper2 to taste
- Champignon100 g
- In a pan put the oil, onion and bacon and let it get very golden add the pepperoni.
- After the onion and bacon are well browned, set aside.
- Put the oil that was left in the pan, put the meat and let it fry a little, then stir and let it fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the onion and bacon that were reserved, the black pepper, the water, the beef broth and stir until the tablet dissolves.
- Then put the bay leaves, the potato and let it cook for 35 minutes, and stir sometimes so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Add the champignons and let it cook for another 5 minutes and it's ready.
- Serve with rice and farofa.
