- Take the chicken, remove the giblets.
- Wash it inside and out with water and lemon, drain.
- Dry with a cloth napkin inside and out, then pass salt inside and out, do the same with margarine or butter
- Place in a roasting pan, add the whole onion and the rosemary and basil twigs inside the Seara chicken with a small cube of margarine.
- Bake in a medium oven until golden, about 40 minutes, increase the oven to maximum until golden and crispy.
