Chicken500 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper1 coffee spoon
Corolla1 coffee spoon
Chicken broth sachet1 unit(s)
Vinegar1 dessert spoon

Start cleaning the chicken all over and wash it well then season it with k salt, the black pepper with the other ingredients leave it for 5 minutes reserved to get the seasoning well
Lastly, season with the vinegar, just stir well, add it to a container that goes into the oven and leave it there for approximately 30 minutes until it bakes well and all the water in the chicken has dried.
After the chicken is well dried and roasted, all you have to do is cut a few pieces, and serve
