- Dry white wine750 ml
- Fresh Blonde to taste
- fresh thyme to taste
- Fresh rosemary to taste
- Salt250 g
- Sugar150 g
- Water2.250 l
- Prepare the marinade by mixing the wine, water, salt and sugar and heating it in a pan with all the herbs.
- After dissolving the salt and sugar, cool the marinade and transfer it to a container where the ham fits.
- Leave the piece to marinate for at least 12 hours.
- After that time, place the ham in a roasting pan with a little of the marinade liquid, cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 2:30 hours. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 30 minutes. Serve shredded or sliced. Enjoy your food!
