- Pork loin1.6 kg
- Salt, Cumin, Curry, Rosemary to taste
- Olive Oil, Vinegar to taste
- Lemon Juice2 unit(s)
- Season the pork loin already in a mold with salt, cumin, curry and rosemary
- Then add: olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice, cover the mold with aluminum foil and let it rest for 1 hour
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and leave for at least 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, remove the foil from the mold and leave until golden.
