- Gaucho Rib3 kg
- Beer3 can(s)
- Butter100 g
- Sliced onion3 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Coarse salt to taste
- Take the rib and coat it all over with olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, chimichurri, thyme and rosemary.
- Leave it resting for 30 minutes.
- Place the rib in a roasting pan and pour the beer over it. Replace the seasoning that was diluted. Also add the sliced onions.
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 hours.
- Remove the aluminum foil. If necessary, add more beer.
- Place the ribs back in the oven, now without the aluminum foil. Let it bake for another 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and bathe the ribs with the beer broth in the pan.
- It should now be very juicy and falling off the bone.
- Take advantage and see if those 6 hours of waiting were worth it.
