- Salt2 tablespoon
- Paprika1 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Honey1/2 cup
- Thickly Sliced Potatoes2 unit(s)
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- In a blender, beat the orange juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, water, salt, paprika and black pepper very well.
- Make holes in the loin to penetrate the seasoning and place inside a plastic food bag. Put the marinade and leave overnight.
- Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan and drizzle with half of the marinade.
- Brush with honey and place the potatoes and carrot seasoned with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C° for approximately 2 hours, or until golden brown.
