  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
  • Small tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Pepper sauce to taste
  1. Season the fillets with 1 tablespoon of garlic paste (recipe on insta), a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of pepper sauce and vinegar (I recommend lemon as I didn’t have it, I used vinegar)
  2. In a refractory, place the fillets with olive oil and add the tomatoes and green smell, take it to the preheated oven for 30 to 35 min or until golden.
