- Hake fillet800 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Paste1 tablespoon
- Small tomato1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Pepper sauce to taste
- Season the fillets with 1 tablespoon of garlic paste (recipe on insta), a drizzle of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of pepper sauce and vinegar (I recommend lemon as I didn’t have it, I used vinegar)
- In a refractory, place the fillets with olive oil and add the tomatoes and green smell, take it to the preheated oven for 30 to 35 min or until golden.
