- Pork shank2 kg
- Potatoes1 kg
- Rosemary to taste
- Water1 cup
- Dry white wine1 cup
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Pepperoni or black pepper1 teaspoon
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic head2 unit(s)
- marinade In the blender, put water, wine, pepper, salt, garlic and onion. Beat for 1 min. Pour over the ham piece in a pot and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, even better overnight.
- On a large board, place the ham piece with the fat facing up and the potatoes around it. Place 3 ladles of the marinade from the pot over the shank and potatoes. Throw some salt over the potatoes.
- Place rosemary sprigs over the shank and pack everything well with aluminum foil.
- Take to bake for 1 hour and a half at 180°C.
- Remove the foil, wet the shank with the liquid on the tray and bake for another 30 minutes to brown everything. Ready!! Succulent shank with a touch of wine!
