Oat flour3 tablespoon
Potato, carrot, sweet potato, potato to taste
Paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for drizzling to taste
Complete Seasoning to taste

Mix the ground beef, complete seasoning, seasonings of your choice, egg and oatmeal.
