Em uma tigela vamos adicionar a carne, o alho picado, o corante( o corante é opcional) e o sal (a gosto).
 Depois de adicionar os ingredientes tampe a tigela e deixe a carne descansar por aproximadamente 5 minutos.
   Passado esse tempo vamos levar para assar na churrasqueira, o ponto da carne fica a seu critério pois tem pessoas que gosta da carne bem passada e outra não.
