- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Ana Maria Seasoning to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Potatoes to taste
- Season overnight and leave in the fridge in an airtight container.
- Bake over medium heat covered with aluminum foil.
- Once cooked, remove the aluminum foil and leave until golden.
- When it's almost ready, if you want, add boiled potatoes to al dente and leave until golden.
