- Season the meat with the spices, garlic and 1 pinch onion, let it rest for 1 hour.
- In the pressure cooker, put a little oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar (let the sugar brown) add the onion, turning the meat so that it is well browned, add water to the height of the meat.
- Let it boil for approximately 35 minutes.
- Meanwhile, wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork and cook them with water and salt.
- When the meat is cooked, remove some of the broth from the pan and turn the meat again on both sides until golden brown. Reserve the meat.
- With the broth you took out, put it in a pan, add the potatoes, let it cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
- In a frying pan put 2 tablespoons of butter and brown the potatoes.
