Roasted ribeye with browned potatoes in butter

  1. Season the meat with the spices, garlic and 1 pinch onion, let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put a little oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar (let the sugar brown) add the onion, turning the meat so that it is well browned, add water to the height of the meat.
  3. Let it boil for approximately 35 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork and cook them with water and salt.
  5. When the meat is cooked, remove some of the broth from the pan and turn the meat again on both sides until golden brown. Reserve the meat.
  6. With the broth you took out, put it in a pan, add the potatoes, let it cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
  7. In a frying pan put 2 tablespoons of butter and brown the potatoes.
  8. Pontinho, now just put the potatoes and the roasted meat in a bowl and enjoy. 😋😋
