- Ribs500 kg
- Bacon200 g
- Crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- Bahia seasoning1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 tablespoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander powder1 to taste
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Clean the ribs to your liking.
- In a small bowl, place the ribs and season, add the lemon juice, paprika, salt, crushed garlic, ground coriander, black pepper to taste, and the Bahian seasoning mix well.
- Leave for about 39 minutes to get flavor
- In the roast, arrange the pieces of meat, cut the onion into 4 parts and place the onion petals spread over the meat.
- Cut the bacon into medium pieces and arrange together on the baking sheet.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven for about 40 minutes to steam.
- After the time has passed, check that the meat is cooked very soft.
- If it is cooked, remove the aluminum foil and let it brown.
- Here in my oven it was 1 hour just right, I baked at 200° I didn't let it brown too much so it wouldn't get dry, the onion releases water and adds the bacon fat it's very juicy
