Roasted rump steak with rustic potatoes in the Airfryer

- Recipe
- Picanha or other good meat to barbecue2 unit(s)
- Medium Potato3 unit(s)
- Coarse salt1 to taste
- Salt, green smell and chimichurri1 to taste
- Olive oil for potatoes1 to taste
- Season the meat with coarse salt and bake in the Airfryer for 15 minutes or until golden on one side, turn and set aside.
- Wash the potatoes well and cut them into 6 chunkier pieces, season with salt, chimichurri and green smell and a little olive oil to water the potatoes so they don't get super dry,
- Then add the potatoes with the picanha in the Airfryer and bake for another 10/15 minutes, always stirring the potatoes every 5 minutes, and it's ready **Serve with rice and vinaigrette for a delicious dish**
