- Recipe
- Pork belly02 kg
- Salt to taste
- Oil1 l
- String to taste
- With the belly open, pass the salt all over it (on both sides)
- Roll the piece into the shape of a swiss roll and tie respecting two fingers apart
- Place on a baking sheet with the belly seam side down, leaving the skin side up.
- Cook at 180° until the skin is hard and red.
- Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool
- Remove the strings, cut over the marks left
- Heat the oil well on the fire, and fry one piece at a time, (to pururucar the oil must be very hot)
- Then cut into pieces and serve in portions.Enjoy your meal.
