- Season the steaks one by one with salt, pepper and garlic. Then place 1 carrot stick, 1 sausage stick and the equivalent of 1 stick of leek on each steak. Rest on the cutting board and roll each steak, wrapping the ingredients. Close with a toothpick.
- Grill each of the steaks on an iron grill or skillet. This adds color and helps to enhance the flavor.
- In a pressure cooker put oil and the ingredients that will form the sauce of the recipe. Put a pinch of salt.
- Arrange the steaks on this sauté and close the pan. Add the boiling water, close the pan and count 5 minutes after getting pressure. Disconnect. Accompanied by rice and a salad, a complete meal is ready in no time!
