  • Rump1 kg
  • Milk butter3 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic3 to taste
  • Parrilla salt to taste
  1. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic
  2. On the barbecue place the rump steaks, brush the butter with garlic on the steak, wait 5 minutes or until it starts to release blood on the top, then turn the steak and brush more butter with garlic and wait another 5 minutes
  3. After reaching the point of your preference, remove the steak and add the parrilla salt to taste.
