- Season the Rump steaks with salt, black pepper, beef seasoning and oregano, set aside for 30 minutes to get the flavor of the seasonings.
- Fry the steaks, after frying, reserve in a refractory.
- In the same pan that you fried the steak, sauté the onion, pepper and tomato, after sautéing throw it over the steak.
