- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomatoes, halved10 unit(s)
- Ginger to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until it starts to brown.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté another 2 minutes.
- Add the peeled and cubed pumpkin. Season with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf.
- Cover with water and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat, with the pan semi-covered.
- When the pumpkin is very soft and the water has dried up almost completely, turn off the heat and mash everything.
- Add a pinch of powdered ginger and mix well! Sprinkle green smell when serving.
- Enjoy your food!
